CDA is searching for a Unix/Linux Access Management Expert.

Requirements

  • Unix and Linux Access Management Services (sub-service of Unix and Linux Hosting Services)
    • Setup access compliant with client’s policies
    • Granting of Privileged Access to User Groups
    • Troubleshooting of Access Issues
    • Reporting and Tracking of Access
    • SOX Compliance – includes Reviews, Reports, and Audit Support
    • Review of Access Related Logs
  • Assist in Level 1-2 support responsibilities and help train lower level administrators including creation of Trouble Shooting Guides
  • Work cooperatively with other support teams to develop consistent, cohesive, and efficient support processes across all platforms
  • Utilize day to day operational experience to make recommendations and drive projects around improving and maturing infrastructure and support processes.
  • Must operate User Access Management in multiple Unix/Linux OS flavors including but not limited to AIX, Solaris, HPUX, RedHat, and SUSE operating systems
  • Ability to collaborate with business lines, acting as subject matter expert for Unix and Linux Access Management Services.
  • Ensure Client’s Unix/Linux Infrastructure operations are aligned with their strategies to ensure support for the future technology roadmap.

EXPERIENCE

  • More than 2 years of IT experience in Large Enterprises
  • At least 1 year of direct Unix and Linux Administration (access management) level experience.

PRODUCT/MARKET/CUSTOMER KNOWLEDGE

  • No Requirements

SKILLS/JOB RELATED KNOWLEDGE

  • Good understanding of Access Management related OS Administration – Note: experience with Centrify and Active Directory are a plus
  • Scripting automation skills are a plus (E.G. perl, ksh, and bash)
  • In depth understanding of Unix/Linux Security and Permissions including “passwd” and “group” files, file/directory permissions, and commands to manage user accounts, groups, and permissions. NIS and LDAP experience are a plus.
  • Understanding of multi-tier application design and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of Service Management (ITIL) through experience or certification.
  • Provides support for outsourced vendor partners related to Unix/Linux Access Management Services.
